An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

Gattini Nails is not responsible for delays or issues caused by the courier.

A tracking number will always be provided to monitor your shipment.

5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the items have not been used or damaged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

Returns are not accepted for opened or customized products, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

Our nail decorations are intended for external cosmetic use only. Please use them according to the instructions provided on the website or packaging.
